Our kickoff event features a guided tour at 10 AM of a local investment project led by member Cameron Gramling, who recently acquired two single-family homes off-market near 18th & Grace. These properties were financed through hard money lending, rehabbed with City of Omaha funding, and will be available for lease this April.
The official meeting begins at 11 AM at The { } Exchange located at 1701 N 24 Street, Suite 102, followed by a networking lunch designed to spark collaboration and connection.
